WINEMAKING: Hand picked at 13.8 baume. Fermented in open top vats until dryness with a combination of hand plunging and pumping over. Matured in 50% new French (approx 90%) and American oak barriques for 14 months.

Tellurian Heathcote Viogner

REVIEWS: 2014 Viognier - 2016 Winewise Championships

WINEMAKING: Harvested at 13.5 baume in the cool of the morning and gently pressed. Separate batches fermented in seasoned french oak barriques and stainless steel tanks. Remained in barrel for on lees for 6 months prior to bottling.

Tellurian Heathcote Riesling

First release

WINEMAKING: The Riesling was handpicked at 12.7 baume and gently whole bunch pressed to stainless steel. The wine remained on yeast lees for three months prior to filtration and bottling.
